It’s important to note that our comprehensive rates exclude a key/cleaning deposit, and insurance is a mandatory requirement for booking. For added convenience, linens, houses, and camping options can be included in your package, should they not already be part of the offerings. We offer both weekend and weekday packages, encompassing the provision of the venue, tables, chairs, and WIFI. Please be aware that additional services such as cleaning, setup, food serving, mid-week trash disposal, etc., are separate considerations.

Weekday Business Meetings and Conferences
Maximize productivity during your workweek with our versatile venue designed for business engagements from Monday to Friday, year-round. Our flexible packages, available for a day, multiple days, or the entire week, cater to your scheduling needs, accommodating up to 75 people. Inquire about custom packages for larger gatherings.
Our inclusive packages provide essential elements such as venue access, tables, chairs, and WIFI, creating an optimal setting for your meetings. Streamline your event planning with separate options for additional services, including cleaning, setup, food serving, and mid-week trash disposal.
Our pricing structure is designed with your convenience in mind:
- $300 for the first day (8 am – 6 pm)
- $200 for the second day (includes overnight stay until 6 pm)
- $150 for each subsequent day until Friday, 5 pm
- Opt for a comprehensive week package at $950, excluding additional services, insurance, etc.
